Metal Products

Their Metal Products unit produces primary-quality billet with high recycled aluminum content in the region’s largest remelt network. Their six casthouses provide premium metals and custom alloys in the standard 1000, 3000, and 6000 series.

They have invested $100 million in upgraded casthouses and technology to boost their annual remelt capacity to more than 400,000 metric tons. Extruded Products
Hydro Aluminum's Extruded Products unit is a world leader in advanced aluminum extrusion technology. They operate eleven facilities in the U.S. and Mexico, making them leading extruder and the largest drawn tubing producer in North America. Four dedicated contract manufacturing facilities and over 500,000 sq. ft. of fabrication space provide precision components and finished assemblies and sub-assemblies.
