Laser Changes to S2 - This task force is working to introduce some minor changes to S2 related to laser safety and laser documentation. The North American liaison TF for SEMI S10 (Safety Guideline for Risk Assessment) will further review the completed blue ballot during Semicon Europa. The design information in Appendix 2 of SEMI S2-0200 (ventilation) will be moved to SEMI S6 and then the deleted from the S2 Guideline.
