Master Bond Inc. has developed an impressive array of high performance, high temperature resistant epoxy and silicone compositions for service up to temperatures as high as 600°F.

They include high strength structural adhesives which retain good physical strength properties even after prolonged exposure to unfavorable environmental conditions in the 400-600°F temperature range. Both one and two component compositions are available with a wide range of curing conditions so as to best meet specific service requirements. Such high temperature resistant compositions have proved useful in applications ranging from downhole oil drilling to high temperature resistant insulation.

Master Bond's high temperature resistant epoxy potting compounds are widely used in the oil, chemical and electrical insulation fields. A family of heat resistant elastomeric silicone adhesives, sealants and potting compounds for service up to 600°F temperature is increasingly employed in high temperature insulation applications. Our newest development is a temporary adhesive, easily removed by water, yet serviceable up to 1,500°F.
