NCL takes pride in the development and construction of our trademark Probe and Gel-Cel type reference electrodes. They are designed to withstand intense physical and chemical environments, while providing accurate and reliable potential monitoring. NCL carries a variety of Copper Sulfate, Silver and Zinc reference electrodes for all applications.
Probe Reference Electrode - Wall Mounted for Corrosion Monitoring - Zinc
Norton Corrosion Limited's Probe Reference Electrodes are designed for physically harsh environments where potential monitoring is required. This reference electrode provides superior operating endurance in condenser waterboxes, large diameter piping, and storage tank applications.
Ag/AgCl Reference Electrode:
Effective monitoring eliminates hydriding of titanium tubes and tubesheets caused by overprotection.
Robust shield protected by two coats of Duromar® polymeric coating and a heat shrink abrasion guard.
Fully saturated Ag/AgCl cell withstands air-dried shutdown periods of 60 days or more and features fast accuracy recovery.
Double junction non-consumable Ag/AgCl cell with micropore filter eliminates contamination of reference solution.
Zinc Reference Electrode:
3/8”, 1/2” diameter zinc elements standard.
99.99% Hi-Pure zinc material.
1” length standard, custom lengths available.
Robust shield protected by two coats of Duromar® polymeric coating and a heat shrink abrasion guard.
Specifications:
1” NPT mounting threads standard. 3/4" NPT and 1-1/4" NPT threads available.
One person easily installs.
High quality, one-piece steel body.Removable cover plate protects lead wire connection.
1/2” NPT strain relief cable gland strandard, optional j-box or conduit mounting available.
Thousands in use worldwide.
